Tour overview
Hue cuisine is divided into royal and ordinary food. Take a cooking
class in Thuy Bieu Eco-village to learn more about the culinary world
of Vietnam with its refined flavors and enticing aromas

A

9:00 AM: our dragon boat will pick up group at Toa Kham wharf, start cruising on
Perfume River. Stop for a visit to typical Thien Mu Pagoda which is a historic temple
and the symbol of Hue romantic city

10:30 AM: head back to the boat for a scenic cruise to Hue Ecolodge where our
local guide are ready to wait and welcome you to visit Thuy Bieu Eco-village, an
authentically village representing the country side of Hue with the clear notion
“garden -home”
Depart to Thuy Bieu local market with our local guide, take time to stroll around &
buy the necessary ingredients for cooking class

11:30 AM: prepare meal for yourself under the instruction of our chef.
* Vả trộn (vả unripe fruits sliced into pieces mixed with herbs)
* Khoái cake (a pan-fried crepe, typically stuffed with shrimp and pork belly)
* Ram Ít cake (a patty of crispy deep-fried sticky rice topped with stir-fried shrimp
and pork)

12:30 PM: After your class, it’s time to taste the traditional Hue dishes that you have
prepared. Our chef will be able to give his feedback on your skills.

11:10am – 11:45am / 4:40pm – 5:15pm

Enjoy Lunch/dinner with participant’s own creation.

1:30 PM: End of services

  • At the end of the tour, we will then transfer you back to your hotel.
