Itinerary
7:45 am : Jeep driver and Tour guide will pick you up at your hotel and depart to visit the Cu Chi Tunnels. You will visit the Headquarter of NLF (National liberation front of South Vietnam during Vietnam War) by US Army’s Jeep. This can be an unforgettable trip of discovery the amazing Cu Chi Tunnels – the underground world built by simple tools & even bare hands during wartime with total distance up 250 km underground.
9:30AM: Arriving at Cu Chi tunnels and proceeding to an underground hut to watch a short video and presentation about Cu Chi tunnels, learn how Vietnam guerrilla ancient building, living and fighting in the tunnels before having a real hand-on experience of what it took to live in the tunnels.
Afterward, tasting the steamed tapioca root which is the main staple food in Cu Chi during the war. For those interested, there is an opportunity to fire off an AK47 or MK16 with real ammunitions at the nearby shooting range.
12:00 pm: Leaving Cu Chi tunnels at noon and returning back to HCM city by Jeep. Arrive your hotel, finish the tour.
